It is best when the wine is closed with a cork, because this way it manages to keep the CO2 produced, thus maintaining the ideal taste and bubbles. It is very easy to recognize a counterfeit wine because you can see it by the fact that the band is absent, the real prosecco obligatorily must have a classic band along with a progressive number. You should also check where the alcohol you decide on comes from, as the real original comes from a specific region in Italy. It is worth knowing that the wine may be sweet, but you should check it carefully, as it is clearly described on the bottle, it is supposed to say 'doux', 'sweet', 'dulce'. Remember, however, that even if you decide on sweet, the acidity is always much more accentuated here, so it will not be a typically sweet wine. This wine contains traces of yeast, as it is produced traditionally, i.e. using the spumanti method of making sparkling wines. This wine is worth drinking for the reason that it is the cheapest and at the same time the best of the sparkling wines. The taste is unique, refreshing, wonderfully fruity and delicious. Specialists who study wines indicate that this wine produced in Veneto is able to do great things, light gas brings the gourmet of this beverage in a state of euphoria, therefore it is great to celebrate the successes achieved. Wine which is produced for gourmets of this drink costs between 70 and 120 PLN, it is unbeatable.
